1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dezna ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Dezna.

2. Description of Service

Dezna is an AI-powered design platform that allows users to generate images, posters, flyers, and other visual content using text prompts. The service is available at dezna.app.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Dezna is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • • Free plan: 2 generations per day, resets at midnight. Free downloads include a Dezna watermark.
  • • Basic plan: 30 generations per month (300 credits), JPG and PNG downloads.
  • • Standard plan: 80 generations per month (800 credits), JPG, PNG, and PDF downloads.
  • • Pro plan: 170 generations per month (1,700 credits), JPG, PNG, PDF, and WebP downloads.
  • • Premier plan: 550 generations per month (5,500 credits), all formats including SVG.
  • • One-time credit packs are also available and never expire.

1 generation = 10 credits. Credits reset monthly for subscriptions. One-time pack credits do not expire.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Dezna to charge your selected payment method.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Dezna does not offer refunds on digital subscriptions or one-time credit packs once purchased. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using credits, contact us at support@dezna.app and we will review your case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dezna to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Dezna reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you generate using Dezna. By using the platform, you grant Dezna a limited license to display generated images for platform functionality purposes (e.g., your design history). Dezna's brand, interface, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Dezna.

9. Service Availability

Dezna strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Termination

Dezna reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
